A very angry cyst

From my left butt cheek

Deep into my hip

From one of my

Intramuscular injections —

You know, one bad shot

That happened over a year ago

Is now a cyst

The size of a softball

Deep intramuscular pain

With a deep, growing cyst

That has no plans

To come out

No plans to be drained

No plans to be lanced

The motherfucker is just

Hiding in my pants

Swollen enough to make me look like I have

An implant

Hurts when I sit, stand walk

Any kind of existing it thinks is too much

I might’ve met my match

With a little mad about it

Growing inside itself
