What does it mean to hire

More women in the workplace if

All of them are cold and callous and

Have the same lack of emotional intelligence

As the men that hired them?

What criteria are we hiring with?

Are we hiring more

Diversity

Or are we rewarding

Diverse candidates

For who can blend in the best?

It’s all performative nonsense

Same person being hired with

Different faces.
