Fast-Pass

I feel like this metaphor will make the most sense

To those who grew up working in theme parks—

In today’s climate

Being a vegan, being a

Feminist, being a

Gun guy, being a Qanon idiot,

Being any kind of vague,

All-consuming identity

Something to take up all of your time

something that takes

The pressure of individuality

Away from you, entirely

It’s almost like a sort of

Fast-pass for wanting to

Feel right, all the time

Without having to wait your turn,

Or stand in line.
