My least favorite dance.

The awkward shuffle they do

When they know that

Their true thoughts came out

And weren’t edited enough into

Fluff they feel like they have to say—

They just treat you how they see you

An angry lunatic asking more than they are entitled to.

Absolutely anything

Will make them tip toe around you

If they don’t see you as human.

For many, being trans is just flat out

Something they can’t imagine doing

Ever in their right mind. Which I assume is why

They treat me like I’m out of mine.
